Please stop punishing us with half baked games like these! I really had enough about everything that has to do with Harry.

The last movie sucked big time and so did every Harry game ever released.

Stop whining peoples. You don't have to buy them. They are young gamers or Harry Potter fans who are not graphic whores and don't have high expectation like most peoples here. Some peoples just wanna have fun. This is what gaming is about.

Books are good. Films are actually very good at portraying the stories on film imo. I like it ayways.

the bboks are great, the movies do a good job of adapting them. the games however are very half arsed.

Well I just created an account just to have the chance to express my opinion. While I do agree that most Harry Potter games suck I cant say the same about the movies/books.

Im not a nerd and for me the Harry Potter series presents me with a somewhat good story while not being as nerd as say Lord of the Rings or something in those lines(dont get me wrong I also like Lord of the rings but Harry Potter is a more simplistic universe that still manages to capture my atencion).

With that being said I cant but disagree with all of you that say ALL Harry games suck. I mean for someone that appreciates, even if just a little bit, this series the last Harry game (http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/xbox360/harrypotterandtheorderofthephoenix?q=harry%20potter) which didnt get GREAT scores but was somewhat average, is just about enough to get every fan excited.

By giving you the ability to explore the universe you have read about in books for years, with graphics that, while not setting any records, are good enough this game allows you to explore the universe in a somewhat free environment and that is something every fan would like to do.

So bottom line, Yes Harry games tend to suck ( well just about all movie based games tend to ), but please dont just judge something by its cover. If you like Harry Potter you should wait and let yourself be surprised by this last two games.

Love the books personal myself, and yes I'm an adult :P, they are really well told and written to be one, oh and I am not a fan of LOTR and all billions of so called fantasy books spined of of it, when I want to read fantasy I want it to be fantasy not based of someones else fantasy.

Thats more or less the biggest reason why I liked the harry potter books and movies, because they are true fantasy and not based of someones else fantasy as I said., the games on other hand I wouldn't touch:P

Never been a big fan of Harry Potter, but I've been forced to sit through all the movies so far by friends. Can't say I'm very interested in this, but I'd love to see them do a Lego Harry Potter game, similar to the Star Wars and Indiana Jones ones, I think that'd work really well :)

I met the lead designer of this game, you know its the guy who had a lot to do with burnout 1 - 3, he made the choice to move onto this franchise..for me I can't understand why, but he seemed very happy about it.

People people, you simply can't compare Harry Potter with Lord of the Rings. Whether it be the books, the films or the games, Lord of the Rings is on a whole other level.

Harry Potter is the servant of Lord of the Rings.

This movie is going to be the best of all of the eventual 6 I predict. I only read 6 and 7 and I am really looking forward to see Snape's story evolve in 6

The last Harry Potter was awkward. I couldn't even find any sense of the first mission in the demo - and when I did, I didn't enjoy it at all. Let's hope this one's better.
