More Ubidays goodness with this quite long gameplay video of Splinter Cell: Conviction. You'll be able to see the fantastic lighting and animations of the game, and more importantly see how different the gameplay is from the previous games of the series. The version they showed was still very early, but it looked great.
Update: Added a trailer that will show the graphics way better than our video.

yaaaay my favorite word, occlusion. OK. they need to tone it down a little bit under the feet. I mean, it looks like everyone is dragging some black garbage when they walk. It's waaaaay too strong. I doubt it's real-time, but I do see it when he walks near the walls at the beginning, which is awesome. I'm sure they are still testing stuff out. UBI show that they are once again on top of gaming technology.
And yeah, he needs to look older. He looks too much like a bum, too. Between this and the new Condemned, we now enter the Year of the Bum. It's Bum Year, everyone.

Very impressive. Its the first Splinter Cell game im excited about since the original game.

Just when I tought I wouldn't buy another splinter cell, because they were all the same but not as cool as splinter cell 1, they go and and make it totally diferent and cool like 24... *hands over wallet to UBI*

WOW.
I'm sure i'll miss the passive stealth and shadows etc, but this looks great. I'm digging the use of environmental objects.
The standard walking animation is a bit stiff atm, but the foot placement while he was going up the stairs was very good.
Though i also noticed him clipping straight through a box he just put down, jarred me right out of the action.
Overall though it looks great. Now hurry up Bittorrent so i can watch the 720p trailer...
