Vivendi just announced F.E.A.R for Xbox 360 and Day 1 Studios seems to be the one converting it, the developers of MechAssault 2. The game will be shown at E3 and will be released this fall, and you can find the first image here.

I think i actually reconize that scene from the pc version. Great game but they better ad a few levels or so to make the game interesting.

I have this game for PC. It runs on high settings.
If you like FPS games. You WILL like this one.

Definitely worth buying, but beware it's rated M.
Graphics are very nice, and are still amazing for today's games., so don't let that impede your judgement. If it's same as or better than PC version, it will be valuable to those who can't play this game on their computer.

Single player was ~15 hours, but the selling point is multiplayer mode.

Ha, I knew this game was going to come out for the 360. A lot of people said "nope this game is PC exclusive and they won't even bother". And most were happy since some don't like the 360(reasons unknown). But they are gonna be pissed off now.

I never realized there were so many PC whores out there. I just don't take my PC seriously enough to be a gaming platform. It's a descent PC, but I'm tired of the constant upgrades to be made just to play graphically impressive games. It's got to stop somewhere. The 360 has definetly closed the gap however.

if im seeing it correctly, then the shadows in the back and on the soldiers leg have a hard edge, and arent smoothed out. Also they didnt soft shadows in Condemned for 360, but you can enable them for the PC version of Condemned, and both games are made by the same team..

I agree that it deserves a glowing rating, but I actually think the SP game rocks..and is the core experience of the game. Sure it has somewhat repeditive enviroments, but it's also got some great AI and really, really sweet combat..good action, good horror elements (even if they aren't really that scary towards the end) and a good story..even if it's not the best narrative ever. Short, sweet..not sure if it's worth it for $60 when it could probably be rented and enjoyed in that respect..but then again the MP game might be more apealing to Xbox Live anyway--it is *good* but it's just not quite up there with some other PC multiplayer games.

It is certainly a must play game for action/shooter fans imo..I can't wait for the sequel and I hope that VU doesn't screw up the expansion pack.
