Yep, but this one has easily been the best one for me.

I like the characters better, the pacing is definitely better, the main character is far better. Luke really has nothing on Yuri and the story is quite a bit more enjoyable.

Keep in mind as well, when I drop certain impressions I'm mentioning things for alimo as well who is new to the series.

I really apreciate that Op. Thanks mate. What you wrote is indeed very valuable and it's really making me ache that I dont have the game :'(

The 360 has dropped in price in Japan. I am thinking of getting a JP system. The asian version of the game would work on that right and it's in english ?

I take back what I said earlier about dungeons being straight forward for the most part. There have been 2 or three so far that have really given me a headache. I thought they were almost impossible to get through only to realize that when I finally did figure out what to do, it was the simplest thing in the world.

The story so far is still pretty good and curveballs are continually being thrown your way. You think you know what's going on and then a big surprise out of nowhere.

Characters are still really great.

I don't have a PAL unit but my supplier told me the region compatibilities. Play-Asia has also listed it as incompatible with PAL units.

Btw, the Asian version does not have Japanese audio. Although I don't mind considering I think the voice acting is much better than Eternal Sonata's.

I just picked this up and it's definitely a must buy for any JRPG fan. The characters are interesting and unique (for the most part...), the story is great, and the graphics look awesome in HD; the only thing I don't like about it so far is the voice acting, but that can be disabled.

Finally finished the game at 51 hours! Definitely the best Tales game for me. I played Tales of Phantasia, Tales of Destiny and Tales of Eternia. Highly recommended game!
