2008-08-18 19:30:37 I think the slow down is in the game, unfortunately, but we all survived Legend and I can't imagine this is as bad as that. |

2008-08-18 20:13:31 Absolutely Simon. Did you see those two statues with one flipped upside down and the other on top of it ? Those are apparently a HUGE big puzzle and you get to see them move in all sorts of crazy ways and that's what has been mentioned in a recent gamespot preview: --- |

2008-08-22 02:14:19 I'm definitely getting it for the PC. While most games in this genre don't really translate well to mouse and keyboard controls, Tomb Raider, maybe unsurprisingly, does. I guess it helps the game has a strong PC heritage.. plus.. anyone wanting to play it with console controls can just plug in their Xbox 360 pad and there ya go. |

2008-08-22 04:21:21 24" LCD's are the way to go. I want a 30" but I'm not sure they make a lot of sense yet.. the price gap between 24"-30" monitors is pretty unreasonable. Plus, the performance requirements to meet that resolution and get the most out of that sort of monitor is still extremely high end. Then again, as someone who uses graphics apps extensively, it would be really nice--plus then I could keep my 360 hooked up to my 24". Right now the Xbox is on a 20" LCD TV I have sitting on my desk, since I was worried about Soul Calibur burning my plasma. |
