SF4 should've looked like this, not some Street Fighter EX with cel-shaded crap.
EX wasnt made by Capcom either, so this is their first 3D/2D Street Fighter game!

To be fair this video gives the game no justice, there are a few Higher Quality videos lurking around on the net. I like the Hi-Def quality of Blaz Blue but in terms of character motion this game pulls it off hands down, just look at the reaction of the character when he blocks about 1.13 mins into the video, might not look much but compared to other 2d fighters including the GG series where characters just block in a stance position with no physical reaction.

Well technically, SF4 was made by DIMPS with direction from Capcom :P
